This photo was edited using these protocols:

Make a new layer and quick mask the first layer

In the second layer, add the rule of thirds lines and reduce opacity

Make sure these lines are filled with white, and shaped with the rectangular select tool

In first layer, select and inverse the quick mask and use a gaussian blur
